A small batch blend of rums from some of the finest Caribbean distilleries:   8 yearold Bajun rum from Four Square Distillery,  4 year old Jamaican Rum Worthy Park and a 3 year old Enmore still rum from Guyana, built in 1830 and the only wooden column still in operation today.  Free from any additives and aged in toasted oak ex-whisky barrels this is a drier style of rum with notes of caramelised pineapple,  vanilla pod & butterscotch finishing with warming oak and spice.   Perfect over ice or add a splash of ginger ale and some fresh lime,  also sensational in a daiquiri!
